Rapid Transformational Therapy

Jill has specialist expertise in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), which embraces many positive aspects of hypnosis, including trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. It uses tools and techniques to skilfully enable better communication with the subconscious mind so as to identify the significance that clients attach to their issues and/or problems and then offering a powerful emotional release from them. It is a distinctive therapeutic approach that can lead to permanent powerful change in possibly two to three sessions.
RTT is especially helpful in helping clients uncover the meaning and interpretation of events and changing them. It is therefore helpful in addressing anxiety, panic and depression. It can free clients from the emotional pain of trauma from childhood.
